Pete Domenici Jr. used a law that was passed by George W. Bush in 2005 to
get cases like this out of reach of local judges who would be required to be
exposed to the consequences of their decisions, and removed this case from
state court and filed in the United States District Court for the District of New
Mexico.
JUDGE JUDITH HERRERA'S MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
Judge Judith Herrera filed her Memorandum and Order and Opinion on May
14, 2008, while holding conflict of interest in this case, and holding an
appearance of collusion with the Respondents of the above mentioned Petition
for Emergency Order of Protection or Injunction. Judge Judith Herrera's
Memorandum Opinion and Order causes a big can of worms to be created
