Phil,
I wouldn't bother you, but you have given me the impression that you actually
care, even though you are overwhelmed with many important issues where oversight
is needed.
There is an US EPA employee who is being intimidated and forced out of her job,
because she has information regarding “Congressional document tampering
related to the World Trade Center air safety levels.”
Her problem is related to all three situations that I have presented to you,
including: my hope that you listened to Dr. Grifo regarding federal scientist
wanting to publish real science, the government corruption (misrepresentation of
safety) that made it possible for Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (Chemtura) to
injure and kill thousands of US citizens, and the government corruption
(misrepresentation of safety) related to promoting the nuclear waste
reprocessing plant near Roswell.
It is my understanding that the EPA employee's fight to keep her job has costs
her about a hundred thousand dollars in legal fees, which has made her
vulnerable to the intimidation efforts of her colleagues to a point of her being
ready to take what they have offered in settlement instead of going to court. I
am sure that there are many details that I have missed. She, recently, asked me
if I knew anybody that could help not only her, but also help others facing
similar situations in the EPA. I told her about you, and was honest in telling
her that I wasn't sure as to whether or not you would listen to anything I said,
but told her that I would ask you for permission to give her your email address.
On about the same day that you responded through email to the faxes that I sent
to the Oversight Committee, I found out about the proposed nuclear waste
reprocessing plant. I put your email address on the Bcc list, and tried several
times and ways to make sure that you received a copy of the email message that I
sent to the Tim Frazier in the Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy.

In your email response to my faxes, you identified my purpose of communication
as being my concerns with Chemtura. Perhaps I should clarify that my concern is
with government corruption manipulating scientific studies giving the public a
false sense of security, which has resulted in a lot of people getting hurt in
many ways.
I won't bother to call you to make sure you have received anymore of my email
messages Please feel free to let me know, particularly regarding permission to
give the EPA employee your email address.
