Re: Serving Petition for Emergency Order of Protection or Injunction (CV-2007-807)
Dear Mr. Fine,
There are three Respondents of this Petition that have been and/or are holding official positions in the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy, including: Dennis R. Spurgeon, Timothy A. Frazier, and Tammy L. Way. The rest of the Respondents of this Petition are using money from the U.S Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy to fund their threatening activities.
My understanding is that having this Petition served requires that the Attorney General receive a copy of what is served to each Respondent working for the federal government. While considering the fact that all of the Respondents are either holding official positions in the federal government or are receiving money from the federal government to fund their threatening activities, I believe that the Attorney General should be receiving copies of what is being served to all of the Respondents.
See court file for signatures of approximately One Thousand One Hundred Thirty-six signatures of Petitioners.
