Subject :  Threat of Nuclear Waste Reprocessing Plant and Nuclear Incinerator

To Whom It May Concern:

I am in the process of attempting to protect my family and the rest of the people who would live within fallout range of a proposed nuclear waste reprocessing plant and a nuclear incinerator that the DOE is thinking about putting near my home.

I have found that the only way government agencies will respond to me is when I have an extremely long Cc list on emails.  I learned this as I have been dealing with a large chemical company that poisoned a summer camp that my family owned.  I spent the past 5 years communicating with government agencies regarding the poisoned summer camp.  About all that I think was accomplished by my efforts was that it added to the fuel that federal government scientists have as they have recently been expressing their desire to publish real science with the Oversight Committee for Government Reform listening to them.

On March 5, 2007, I found out about the DOE project.  I have since been working on nothing else but trying to stop them from forcing me to move far away from my home.

The reason I am telling you about this is that during the next few days I will be submitting my public comment to the DOE regarding my concern about their project, and believe that having your email address will be a good addition to my Cc list.  If you have a problem with me having your email address on these messages, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Frank McKinnon
